TERMS OF SERVICE !
Basic TOS !* I retain rights to all my work, whether it’s an art work or service. This includes the right to publish, self-promote and/or use created pieces for future reference and as part of my portfolio. It must be stated beforehand if the client does not wish for the art to be posted in social media.* It is entirely prohibited to put my art work through any AI engine or use as Non Fungible Token (NFT).* Any form of referencing requires for me to be credited directly. Credits also apply for reposting. All my socials will be listed at the end of this document.* Listed prices are the base price, I have the right to add on to the price based on complexity, additions and/or time consumed.
> Commissions above $50 will require a 30% deposit beforehand, preferably pay in full. If the process has not started, you have the right to ask for a refund. Do not charge back, I will personally do the return. If there is a cancellation mid process, I have the right to keep the 30% for my time.> For commissions below $50 it is required to pay in full.
Rush orders will have a priority fee of 20%.> Commercial use has a different fee, this being a 20% of the final price.
> Commercial use includes: Generating merch such as prints, stickers, pins, keychains, anything that includes making an active profit. Such use without agreement will result in blacklisting> Does not include: streaming (such as pngtubers and overlays), using for profile pictures, sharing on social media.> Make sure to credit regardless. It is highly appreciated.
ART WORK !PngTubers:* All pngtubers are made, cut and rigged to work with pngtuber+.* Base price starts at $50. This is for a half body or small png, includes idle png, speaking png and an expression or asset of choice (please specify when commissioning).* Additional expressions, or assets will cost $15 each.* Costumes/outfits require more work so their additional cost is $25.* Maximum of 10 costumes, expressions or assets total due to pngtuber+ limitations.* Must have a reference sheet or character art I can use a reference previously made. Otherwise character design can be negotiated (this will have an additional cost depending on complexity).
* The client has rights to three (3) revisions at sketch phase, one (1) at line art and one (1) at base color. Major changes after line art will require additional payment determined by the hours worked. Please be mindful.* Delivery of service usually takes from 2 weeks to a month. I will be contacting the client in case it takes me more time.* I have the right to decline a commission if I consider the request is not reasonable within my skill set.
Sketch:* Base price starts at $5* This includes a headshot, monochromatic.* Bust up sketch +$5* Full body sketch +$10* Additional characters +$5
Headshot:* Headshot starts at $15* Base price includes line art, base colors and simple shading and simple background.* Rendering adds a $10 fee.* One character only.Bust up:* Bust up start at $25* Base price includes line art, base colors and simple shading and simple background.* Rendering adds a $10 fee.Additional characters cost $15 each.Fullbody:* Full body commissions start at $50
Base price includes line art, base colors and simple shading and simple background.* Rendering adds a $20 fee.* Additional characters cost $25 each.I currently do not work with full illustrations if these include detailed backgrounds.
Additionally“Photocards”:* Prices for the photocards vary on whether it is a full artwork or an edit of a preexistent image.* Preexistent images/illustrations: $15* Full artwork: refer to previous section (headshot, bust up, full body). An additional 15$ will be added to base prices.Overlays:* Base overlay price is $15, this includes a gaming screen and just chatting screen.* Other screens have an additional fee of $5 each, these can be “Starting Soon”, “Stream Ending”, “AFK”, among other customs that may adjust to the clients needs such as main banners and offline banners.* Bundle $25: Bundle includes 5 different screens - starting soon, gaming, chatting, afk, and ending.
Transparency in overlay adds a $5 fee.* Whenever requesting overlays, make sure to have a color palette and theme that I can work with.Plushification!:* This is an additional service I provide in which I can draw your OC or requested character as a plushy.* Base price is $10.
WORKFLOW !
* Process begins once I have received the payment or deposit.* Typically I try to finish a commission within a couple of days, however these can take 2 weeks up to a month.* I work better with established deadlines.* If I consider I will be taking more time, I will contact the client before the deadline.* If I happen to have multiple commissions or a waitlist, clients can request a rush fee.* The client has rights to three (3) revisions at sketch phase, one (1) at line art and one (1) at base color. PAYMENT !
*Form of currency is USD.* All payment will be done through kofi. Ko-fi.com/redbel_113* No pay later exceptions will be made.* Refunds:
>If I have not begun working on the commission the client may request 100% refund.> If I have begun working on a $50+ commission I will keep the 30% deposit, post lineart client will be refunded a 50% and post base color, before rendering, client will be refunded a 25% of the final price.>For commissions under $50, refunds at sketch phase will receive 90%, post lineart client will be refunded a 50% and post base color, before rendering, client will be refunded a 25% of the final price.> Do not charge back at any time, I will personally refund the money.
Commercial use
> Do always specify if something will be used commercially before workflow has begun.> Commercial fee is 20% additional of the total established.> All work must be credited.
